What if I don't have a Google or Microsoft email account?
The compliance portal relies on Single Sign-On (SSO) through Google or Microsoft. If your organization uses a different email provider, you can still easily access the system:
Once your registration is complete at the link above, you can use your newly linked email address to log into the Compliance portal via the Sign in using Google button.
Troubleshooting Common Login Errors
Error: "No match found for your email"
If you successfully authenticate through Google or Microsoft but see this error message, it means your email address is valid but your user profile has not yet been created in the compliance system database.
How to Fix: You must contact your local ROE to have your account manually provisioned.
Important Security Notice: The general technical Helpdesk cannot bypass system permissions to create, edit, or provision user accounts. All account creation requests must go through your local ROE.
