Logging Into the IARSS Compliance System

Objective

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to access and log into the IARSS Compliance System portal and safely navigate the initial privacy notice.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you know whether your district or organization utilizes Google or Microsoft for its official email services.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Navigate to the Compliance Portal

Open your web browser and go to the official compliance portal:

• URL: compliance.roeapps.org

(Note: You may see a temporary system announcement or notice message displayed on the screen above the login interface.)

Step 2: Choose Your Sign-In Method

On the login screen, choose the Single Sign-On (SSO) option that aligns with your organization's email provider:

• Select Sign in using Google if your district uses Google Workspace/Gmail.

• Select Sign in using Microsoft if your district uses Office 365/Outlook.

Follow the on-screen prompts from your provider to select your account and enter your password.

Step 3: Review the Privacy & PII Notice

Once the system recognizes your credentials, a system note regarding Privacy Information will appear on your screen.

Critical Security Requirement:

Please take a moment to carefully read this privacy notice. You must ensure that you do not upload any documents containing Personally Identifiable Information (PII) into the compliance system.

Step 4: Access Your Dashboard

After acknowledging the privacy notification, you will be fully logged in. The system will automatically direct you to your personalized Dashboard, which will be customized specifically for your designated ROE or District profile.
