How to View Inspections on Archived Facilities

Overview

All archived facilities and their historical inspection data remain accessible in the HLS system for reference and auditing purposes.

Steps to View Archived Facility Inspections

1. Log into the HLS system.

2. Navigate to the Edit Districts and Facilities menu.

3. Select the school district you wish to view.

4. Scroll down to the list of facilities associated with that district.

5. Locate the facility you need. Archived facilities appear in this list and are clearly marked as "not active."

6. Click on the facility to open its main inspection page.

7. Scroll down to view previous inspection records for that facility.

• Facility Updates: All facilities are automatically synced from ISBE's system. To add, remove, or update a facility, contact ISBE HLS directly.
