Can more than one inspector enter information for one school?

Yes! The HLS system fully supports multiple inspectors collaborating on the same school building. This is especially helpful for large facilities or when splitting up inspection tasks.

How it Works:

1. Independent Inspections: Each inspector creates and conducts their own separate inspection on their iPad or computer.

2. Upload to the System: Once finished, both inspectors upload their completed data to the HLS system.

3. Merge the Reports: When an ROE/ISC administrator logs into the web dashboard, both uploaded inspections will be visible under that facility. The system will then present an option to "merge" the two separate files into one single, comprehensive report.
