Completing the Application Info Step

Objective

This article explains how to navigate and complete the Application Info step, which is the very first stage of the permit application process.

Prerequisites

Before starting this step, you must have already initiated a new application (see Creating a New Application).

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Access the Application Info Page

Once you start a new application, the system will automatically direct you to the Application Info screen. This page acts as a centralized questionnaire to gather all the necessary data for your project.

Step 2: Answer All Required Questions

Go through the page and fill out all the requested information fields.

Important Requirement: You must answer every single question on this page. Leaving fields blank will prevent you from advancing to the next stage of the application.

Step 3: Advance to the Next Step

Once you have fully completed the questionnaire:

1. Scroll to the bottom of the page.

2. Click the Submit Application button.

3. The system will save your answers and automatically advance you to the next step of the process.

Why is this step important?

Form Autofill Feature:

The information you provide during this initial step is used to automatically populate the official permit forms in the next stage. Taking the time to ensure your answers are accurate now means your downloadable forms will be perfectly filled out and ready for review in the next step.
