I’m having trouble logging in. What should I do if my Sign-In isn't working or I need a password reset?

Check Your Domain: Ensure you are using the exact email address registered in the system. If your school district recently changed email domains (e.g., from .net to .org), your login credentials must be updated by an admin first.


Google SSO: If using Google Sign-In, make sure you are logged into the matching Google workspace account in your browser.


If your organization used app access restrictions and you are getting a block message please contact your organization's IT department for assistance.
