I don't have a Google or Microsoft account

Modified on Tue, Jul 21 at 12:44 PM

The HLS system requires a Google or Microsoft identity provider to securely authenticate your login. If you do not use either provider at your district or organization, or if you run into an error during sign-in, please follow the steps below.

Scenario 1: I don't have a Google or Microsoft account

You do not need to change your work email address to log into the system. You can easily link your existing work email address to a free, standalone Google identity account.

  1. Click here to Create a Google Account with your current email.

  2. Choose the option to "Use my current email address instead" and enter your standard work email.

  3. Once your Google account setup is complete, return to https://hls.roeapps.org/ and use the Sign in with Google button to log into the HLS system.

Scenario 2: Error message "No match found for your email"

If you successfully authenticate through Google or Microsoft but see a "No match found for your email" error page, it means your email address has not yet been authorized or added to our database.

  • What you need to do: You must contact your local ROE or ISC to have your account created and associated with your facilities.

Important Note: The HLS Helpdesk is unable to create accounts or authorize new users. Account access must be granted by your regional ROE/ISC administrator.
