Why can't I see the "Add Document or Website" link, or why is my upload failing?

  • Link Missing: The "Add Document or Website" option will only appear if the district's compliance probe is in an Active/Open state. If the probe is marked as "Submitted", "Pending Review", or "Finalized", you will not be able to attach new evidence.

  • Upload Errors: Ensure your file does not exceed our maximum size limit of 25 MB and is in a support format (Supported files types: pdf, doc, docx, rtf, xlsx, xls, csv, ppt, pptx, odp, png, jpg, tif). If you continue to experience issues, clear your browser's cache or try using an Incognito window.
