What does the error message "No match found for your email" mean?

This indicates that while your Google or Microsoft login is technically valid, your email address has not yet been provisioned or linked to a profile inside the compliance system database. You must reach out to your local ROE to have your profile added. The Helpdesk cannot bypass this restriction to create an account for you.
