Building information is pulled nightly from ISBE's HLS system. If anything is out of date regarding the building please contact the ISBE HLS team to have it updated. If you do not see a building in the system and the building is actively being used please contact the ISBE HLS team to have them add it to their system. If the building you are trying to permit is new and has never been issued occupancy before please email permithelp@roeapps.org regaining getting the building added to the system.
