How do I remove a file from a specific policy question but keep it in my Document Library?

If you accidentally attached the wrong file to a question but do not want to delete the file entirely from the system:

1. Click the Add Document or Website link inside the specific policy question.

2. Locate the file in the popup list and uncheck the box next to it.

3. Click the Submit button to save your changes. The file will remain in your global document tab but will be unlinked from that single question.
